  Unhappy with tires

  I was just told by my Ford Dealership that these Ecopia 422 Plus tires that came NEW on my new car are worn and I need tires! Since Ford only covers up to the first year or 12000 they're not covering any of the new cost of tires. I've gotten regular maintenence for these tires including rotations as required under warranty and they've still worn out 40,000--that's 30,000 miles ahead of 70,000 warranty. Ford said they've had complaints on these tires and recommended a different brand next time. Brigestone should not claim 70,000 miles, it's a safety hazard making this claim because people drive thinking they have years left in their tread when in fact it's dangeroulsly low too soon.Leer másMostrar traducción

  Tires wear out very quickly

  Ectopia's came with the new vehicle (Lexus RX350). The tread is down to 3/32 after 32,000 miles. Have to purchase new tires and will not be getting these again.Mostrar traducción

  Doesn't last

  These are the new tires the dealer put on the car before I bought it. They do have a quiet, smooth ride but 10k miles later almost half the tread wear is gone. There's no way they were made to last 70k. If they did the tires would still be practically new, but they aren't.Mostrar traducción

  Tires wear out very quickly < 1/2 advertised mileage

  After just 30,000 miles all four tires are down to a 3 or less. Kept the tires rotated and were even wear on each of them. Tried to get warranty on tires for not making it close to the advertised tire mileage. DENIED. Unbelievable, I guess warranties don't exist. DO NOT BUY.Mostrar traducción

  Choppy and worn, bad news tire

  Ectopia's came with the new vehicle. The tread is down to 5/32 after 28000 miles. Ford dealer made aware that this inferior tire is giving Ford a bad name. Bridgestone gives this tire a 70,000 mile limited warranty. Didn't even come close! Looking at your warranty, rapid tread wear is not covered under warranty in addition to this statememnt- "Original equipment tires on new vehicles have no mileage warranty". You can't have it both ways! Stand behind your product or stop manufacturing it. This either a defect or at least false advertising. Any car I buy from now on, if it has Bridgestone tires .that will be a deal breaker.Leer másMostrar traducción
